When I buy something here in Canada made by Americans(actually almost regardless of where it comes from,) I would normally expect it to cost a little bit MORE than in the U.S., on top of the exchange rate–and in other countries the price difference is usually worse–not half or two thirds less.

Microsoft DOES NOT have any program to get Windows 10 for significantly less money in different countries–look it up, it’s something they actually did in the past, though usually just for educational buyers.
